Intended for college athletic departments, student affairs professionals, or any person involved in the support or development of Black athletes. Offered as a lecture or workshop, participants will be provided critical insight and tools to better support Black athletes.

Racial Inclusivity and Sport Post-George Floyd
This topic is offered as either a lecture or workshop, which investigates how the sport industry responded to the murder of George Floyd. Participants will be provided tools to create more equitable environments for racialized minorities.
Lectures provided are based on the academic and scholarly expertise of Dr. Howe.
Self-Presentation and Black Male College Athletes
Based on the reaserch of Dr. Howe, this lecture offers insight into the experiences of Black male college athletes as they exist in predominately white spaces. Implications for college athletic and higher education institutions are provided.
